Although we frequently hear that clients are advised that the title company will represent the necessary interests for all parties, we insist you read the fine print of the title company documents. They do not represent the interests of the parties unless the title company is also a law firm/attorney and are retained to do so. Be an educated consumer and understand the roles of each participate in your transaction and assure you are properly protected.
