We are a small and efficient team of four people. As a client of our office, you should expect direct personal and regular communication with Elissa. When Elissa is concentrating on a matter and cannot take your call – you will also have our Paralegal, our Administrator and our Bookkeeper/manager to either immediately answers your questions or honestly advise you that they must seek the answers and return to you quickly. While many law firms and businesses are going “virtual”, working from home or from a remote office, we still believe in face to face, brick and mortar office space where you will always feel comfortable scheduling a meeting, dropping off documents and knowing where your important work is being done. We do offer telephone, and zoom conferences, we communicate with email, and have a practice management software which keeps you and us organized such that any of our staff can review and provide you with current case status when you inquire.
