Elissa S. Vessal, Esq

Elissa Vessal is a native Floridian, raised in Sarasota, Florida – bred to be a Florida Gator and an Attorney-At-Law. Elissa’s grandfather, Charles Rudd, was a Federal Judge from the State of New Jersey and her early role model. Judge Rudd’s passion for law influenced Elissa to follow in his footsteps.
Elissa began her career as a litigator in State and Federal Courts of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After furthering her career in a medium size law firm, Elissa opened her own law office in 1999.
After practicing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey for the next ten years, Elissa and her law firm grew tired of the icy winter days and dark afternoons of the Northeast United States, as well as fed up with a place where swimming pools and outdoor tennis courts were only open June to August.
In 2003, Elissa decided to return home and brought her sharpened legal skills to sunny and warm Boynton Beach, Florida – the very same city where Elissa learned to play tennis and swim on vacations with her grandparents in 1971.
Using her legal experience derived from successfully navigating the rough and tough Northeastern atmosphere combined with her small town Southern personality, she has spent the last 20 years building long term client relationships with individual and business clients. This has resulted in both her firms’ and her clients’ continued success.
When your case work is done, Elissa may even be able to reserve some stadium tennis court time for an all-out fast serve contest somewhere outdoors, enjoying our sunny lifestyle outside of work hours. So, whether you have been here life long, returning to Florida permanently or using us for your winter avoidance home, welcome to Florida. We look forward to working together.
